Market entry and brand development in a highly competitive environment.
Good At entered the market in 2022, specializing in recruiting for the marketing, design, and advertising sectors. Since the company had no existing social media channels, the challenge was to establish them from the ground up. There was a lack of reach for the recruiting and freelance platform, and strong brand awareness needed to be created. The goal was to build a loyal follower base, attract qualified candidates for open positions, and compete against established players in the market.
We developed a tailored strategy to successfully build Good At’s social media channels. At the same time, a digital magazine was created. Through interviews with industry experts, columns by guest authors, and regular features of freelancers, the magazine quickly gained relevance. Additionally, we launched targeted ads for job postings and Good At’s services to further increase visibility.
